Ali Ayoub

 Ali holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Newcastle University, and a Diploma of Occupational Health & Safety including a Cert IV Trainer Assessor, with qualifications in ICAM incident investigations and over 20+ years of experience in various industries including government and the private sector. Ali is a certified OHS Practitioner with the Safety Institute of Australia.   

 

Ali is a Highly efficient and results-driven professional. Demonstrating a proven track record of achievement in the development and implementation of safety management systems.

Personal Safety Philosophy “I first became involved in safety through the local OH&S Committee whilst I was the Station Manager of Burwood railway station back in 2002. As I took on more responsibility I became fascinated with the process and procedure of workplace safety. I felt an immense sense of achievement as part of the safety team especially when focussing on my main professional interest, injury reduction in the workplace. Being awarded the WorkCover and Safety Innovation awards in 2006 gave me the confidence to pursue safety as a career.

My personal safety philosophy is that safety is achievable through cooperation and consultation, regardless of the obstacles. By working together, all groups across the organisation can achieve outstanding safety results.”
